Will it run — and for how long?
Choose what you need to keep on. We add up running and starting watts, then check every power station and generator in our database against them and compute runtime from the maker's own capacity and formula.
1. What do you need to power?
Tick appliances, set how many and hours per day. Defaults come from the appliance's spec source; adjust to your own gear.
2. Your load
Peak = everything running plus the single largest motor start. Why.
3. Power stations
Runtime = capacity × maker's runtime factor ÷ your running load, nothing else plugged in. “Days” divides usable energy by your daily Wh. Prices are maker list prices on the date in the card, not Amazon's.
4. Generators
Run time is only what the maker publishes at 25 % or 50 % load; we show where your load falls and never extrapolate.
